A few years ago, a fellow risk taker and visionary approached me to help him with his film documentary about a neighborhood we helped resurrect and committed to for 40 years. Put in a few nickels, helped put the legal and investor team together and helped nurse it along. A long time and a lot of work led to a trailer last year and a first cut viewing at The Kessler Theatre in Dallas

The World Premiere was then shown final cut at the Dallas international Film Festival last month (April 2026) to a packed house at the iconic Texas Theatre. An epic and rewarding moment. "Round Pegs in Square Holes" was done on a shoestring budget and with a distribution deal in hand with Indigo, where there is a possibility of recouping a small investment, but more importantly it got made and has already impacted many and will be there for Posterity. To ice the cake and reflecting over a 40-year run in the entertainment business, I’m honored to help put together a group of my favorite artists that I’ve been able to support with friends and grow with over the years. So that’s the Trifecta! Getting to write a book, be in and support a film with great friends and then getting all the artists together. Boom!!
